The Simplot Traditional Skin On Home Slices made from premium-quality potatoes makes for a great snack. This potato snack is ideal for serving alongside burgers and sandwiches. Available in a bulk case of 6 packs, the Simplot Traditional Home Slices are suitable for cafes, diners, and food trucks.
Home Fries add an upscale look, smooth sliced cut, and great eye appeal.
Preparation instruction: DEEP FRY: Preheat fryer to 345F. Fill fryer basket no more than half full. Deep fry for 3 minutes. CONVECTION OVEN: Coat metal baking sheet with vegetable oil or a nonstick substance. Spread full bag (5 lbs.) evenly on baking sheet. Bake at 450F for 15 minutes., baking 4 trays at once.
